About Pet Talk with Faith
MISSION: Pet Talk with Faith was started in 2009 with the purpose of sharing inspirational stories of the strong and special bond between pets and humans. The business sells healthy pet treats made with locally grown ingredients from New England and unique gifts for all pet owners. A portion of all sales goes to support animal shelters nationwide.
Grace Mekelski, owner of Pet Talk With Faith, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Business Management. Her background is in Pharmacy Management, Food and Pet Wholesale and Retail business and Public Health. Grace is an entrepreneur in the field of pet podcasting.
AWARDS: Grace was the recipient of the Vermont Internet Biz 2010 Award in April 2010 to expand the internet usage in her business. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
Grace is married with an 8 year old, energetic and creative son, Benjamin. The family enjoys attending music and sporting events, biking, hiking, kayaking, basketball, spending time with family pets and enjoying the beautiful scenery in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
This website is dedicated to my mom who gave me the “faith” to believe in the kindness found in all people and creatures. People find comfort in things that are close to them like good friends, soul mates and pets. There is a profound love between animals and people. Pets are forever happy to see you and to be close to you. I have often felt that how we care for our pets is a window into our character.
